Its easy to use and to the point. There are screen shots and thorough instructions on every aspect of each program. A must have if you are a Microsoft Office user.

Disappointed with this purchase, wish i could get my money back! I was looking for the actual office and got fooled into buying this one, given the reviews this likely happens a lot so i would have appreciated more effort on the sellers part to SPECIFY that this is just a guide. Deleted this app right away, not even worth the space, i can get this information online if i needed it, worst money ever spent!

I thought that it was office on Ipad when suddenly I realise it was a way to master office. Im really disappointed and I want to have my money back.

I too was fooled by the advertising of this app. I am going to try to get my money back. This was downloaded by my 12 year old son who was wanting to have word on his ipad to take to school as he needs it for a learning disability.

Same review as everyone else, i was under the impression that it was ACTUALLY word. what a waste. I hope I can get my money back

I cant believe that this is just another tutorial, have yet to find an actual installable Word program. Because Ive been fooled, if I do install and buy any word processor for my iPad, it definitely will not have anything to do with Word or even Microsoft. I will look up every processor I find to ensure that Microsoft does not get another dime from me, if I can avoid it.

Who would honestly be looking for a handbook for Microsoft office for that kind of money? I think that anyone who accidentally purchased this app thinking it was the real Microsoft app should be given their $ back.

This was the worst money ever spent and a total rip off! Who do I contact for a refund? People need to be more specific about what they are selling. I thought I was purchasing Microsoft office. I am a student and so spending 23.00 on junk is utterly disappointing!! It is a waste of space. Have any of the other disappointed people found a microsoft word program?

I never write reviews but thought this was valued - this was false advertising - this is the one piece missing for me to use my ipad for EVERYTHING and then I find out i got a handbook - i paid $22 for a handbook - you are kidding me!!!!! so disappointed with this - i would like my money back - i will never use this!! never!!

Incredibly misleading, thought it was a fully version of Office 2010. I am definately going to contest this on my credit card.

Assumed it was the PROGRAM and it is not! Already know now to use Document, Excel, etc and yet they have a whole book on "how to" use the programs ... AND IM STUCK WITH IT!!!
